passed CSHB 120(FIN) with the following amendment and it is                                                                     
transmitted for consideration:                                                                                                  
                                                                                                                                
    SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 120(FIN)                                                                                
    "An Act extending the Council on Domestic Violence and Sexual
